SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a proactive SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with 2-5 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform technologies. This role involves supporting SharePoint migration initiatives, creating Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, and enhancing digital workplace functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the migration of sites, content, permissions, and workflows from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
• Utilize migration tools such as ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.
• Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions.
• Develop and improve Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Provide support for SPFx, JavaScript, and TypeScript-based SharePoint customizations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to migration, workflows, access, and applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
• Collaborate directly with users for validation, testing, and post-migration assistance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and migration processes.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate development.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, with exposure to SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, or REST APIs being beneficial.
• Familiarity with migration tools such as ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and engaging with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach with a readiness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Server, or older collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to migration cutovers, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-migration support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, Forms, Dataverse, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience working in government, regulated, or security-sensitive environments.
