Senior Assistant Manager, Finance Services

Brief Summary

We are looking for a talented finance expert to become part of our Finance Services team, with a specialization in service costing and pricing aligned with industry standards. This essential position will play a critical role in ensuring that accurate financial information underpins strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire array of service and drug codes along with pricing conditions within the National Billing System. Conduct thorough costing analyses of hospital services and pharmaceuticals to meet the National Costing Exercise requirements using MOHH Costing Systems. Assist with the cost rebase for Value Driven Outcome initiatives. Carry out regular benchmarking of industry fees and costs to pinpoint opportunities for departmental efficiencies. Analyze policies and guidelines from relevant health authorities and work collaboratively with departments to implement these policies effectively. Safeguard the accuracy of service cost codes within the specified financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline such as business or finance. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of pertinent work experience. Strong capability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels. Demonstrated experience in managing and processing large volumes of data. Skilled in establishing business contexts and articulating key insights derived from data analysis. Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on decision support and activity-based costing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel, VBA Macros, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
