Job Description

Requirements Analysis & Report Preparation

. Responsible for identifying and defining detailed requirements/user stories from Business users/Process Owners.

. Analyze and document the 'to-be' business and operational processes based on the agreed requirements, while performing impact assessments and effort estimations.

. Monitor and escalate issues related to requirements and scope creep to project managers and team leads.

. Track key deliverables and deadlines for projects and workstreams.

. Identify opportunities for improvement within various internal workflows and assist in streamlining current processes and automation.

. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base pertaining to internal processes and automation workflows.

Testing Management

. Defect Triaging - Clarify test findings escalated by the testing team and categorize the findings as valid defects, data issues, or change requests.

Project Management

. Support the team lead in managing project tracking, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

. Prepare daily status reports for multiple internal and outsourced projects.
