Business Analyst - Banking domain

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, focusing on the design and implementation of secure and efficient banking solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with business units to gain insights into product requirements, workflows, and challenges.
• Documentation: Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
• Process Mapping: Create detailed mappings of user journeys, process flows, and wireframes.
• Technical Liaison: Clearly articulate business logic to development and QA teams to ensure cohesive understanding.
• UAT & Testing: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scenarios, and confirm the quality of final deliverables prior to release.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Business Analyst within Banking, Core Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management sectors.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of banking operations, payment processing, regulatory frameworks, or digital banking practices.
• Tools: Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io, along with foundational SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency to effectively convey ideas to cross-functional teams.
