Job Overview

We are seeking a SharePoint Developer to design, customize, and manage our enterprise SharePoint Online and hybrid systems. Your role will involve developing custom web parts, streamlining business workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of SharePoint within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Top 3 Essential Skills

1. SharePoint Framework (SPFx) & Front-End Technologies (TypeScript / React)

Critical for modern client-side development to create responsive web parts, site extensions, and tailored UI components.

1. Power Platform & Workflow Automation (Power Automate & Power Apps)

Vital for converting business needs into automated workflows, custom forms, and approval processes, eliminating dependence on outdated farm solutions.

1. Microsoft Graph API & SharePoint REST API

Necessary for securely retrieving, integrating, and managing data across SharePoint lists, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and third-party applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern SharePoint Online sites, lists, document libraries, and intranet portals.
• Develop custom client-side solutions using SPFx, TypeScript, and React.
• Establish business automation flows with Power Automate and low-code applications using Power Apps.
• Oversee site permissions, taxonomy, content types, and security roles.
• Integrate custom APIs and Microsoft 365 services utilizing Microsoft Graph.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience in SharePoint development (preferably SharePoint Online / M365).
• Core Technologies: SPFx, React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, and PnP JS.
• Preferred: Familiarity with C# / .NET (for legacy migrations or Azure Functions) and Azure AD authentication.
