Software and Applications Manager

Experience:

• A minimum of 14 years of proven experience in efficiently writing clean code in Java.
• Extensive knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and coding best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in test engineering, including the development and execution of test strategies and the management of test automation initiatives.
• At least 3 years in a leadership position, successfully building and managing teams.
• Skilled in using automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and JUnit, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and Java.
• Deep understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and how to incorporate test automation into deployment workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• A strong grasp of a data-driven approach, with the ability to present data and metrics to client leadership.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
