Our client, a well-established A1 Main Contractor with a solid reputation in building, industrial, and infrastructure projects in Singapore, is seeking skilled Civil & Structural Design Engineers to join their project team in response to ongoing project expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Civil & Structural design activities for building and industrial projects.
• Evaluate structural designs, drawings, calculations, and technical submissions to ensure adherence to project specifications and Singapore standards.
• Collaborate with architects, structural consultants, M&E consultants, process engineers, QS, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Review and manage RC, steel, precast, foundation, piling, substructure, and superstructure works.
• Assess shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Identify and address design, coordination, and site-related technical challenges.
• Prepare and manage tender packages and technical documentation.
• Engage with consultants and relevant authorities regarding Civil & Structural submissions and approvals.
• Assist Project Managers in ensuring projects are completed within schedule, quality, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and offer practical engineering solutions during the construction phase.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural design or engineering.
• Experience in building, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RC and steel structures, foundations, and structural detailing.
• Experience with precast structures, long-span structures, or industrial buildings is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes, standards, and submission requirements is essential.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Location: East / South
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Salary: Up to S$7,500 / Negotiable + VB (Salary will be commensurate with experience & qualifications).
