M&E Engineer

• Main Contractor
• Compensation up to $5,500 (based on experience)
• Experience in building projects required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in managing and overseeing site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

• Engage with consultants and coordinate with subcontractors regarding site execution and quality control issues.

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, approved designs, specifications, and established procedures.

• Monitor variations, claims, and financial implications, while aiding in budget management.

• Work with QA/QC teams to guarantee that all work complies with quality, environmental, and safety protocols.

• Examine drawings for inconsistencies and coordinate adjustments with the design team following established processes.

• Maintain inspection documentation and ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan and relevant regulations.

• Report to the Assistant Site Manager and Construction Manager, contributing to overall site governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Solid technical knowledge of M&E systems and trades.
• Awareness of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards concerning construction and M&E services.
