Senior Flutter Developer - Remote

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to spearhead the development of top-notch applications for both mobile and web environments. This position presents an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in application architecture and introduce groundbreaking features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable applications utilizing Flutter and Dart for mobile and web platforms. Create intricate user interfaces, manage application state, navigation, API integrations, and data-centric features. Implement offline-first capabilities, which encompass local data persistence, caching, and synchronization. Take ownership of features from start to finish, covering technical design, implementation, testing, and ongoing production support. Define and uphold a clean, scalable application architecture along with reusable components. Integrate REST APIs, authentication protocols, push notifications, analytics, and third-party SDKs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Flutter, native platforms, web environments, and the overall application lifecycle. Enhance application performance regarding startup speed, rendering efficiency, and memory management. Produce unit, widget, and integration tests while maintaining high engineering standards through rigorous code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Over 5 years of software development experience, with substantial expertise in Flutter/Dart. Demonstrated history of deploying and maintaining Flutter applications on both iOS and Android platforms. In-depth understanding of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, and performance enhancement techniques. Skilled in application architecture and design patterns, including Clean Architecture or MVVM. Familiar with state management frameworks such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider. Experience with local data persistence technologies like SQLite, Drift, or Hive. Proficient in file management, data storage, uploads/downloads, and handling cross-platform discrepancies. Strong grasp of REST APIs, JSON serialization, authentication processes, and error management.
