Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate precise and timely monthly financial closing activities in accordance with established organizational protocols. Address statutory reporting and audit obligations, ensuring alignment with current IFRS standards. Lead and oversee the grant management process, guaranteeing precision and compliance with internal policies. Engage in budgeting and rolling forecast activities for the hospital and its cluster. Manage operational finance functions, including: Operational expenditure and accruals. Purchase requisition and order processing. Support the rollout of new processes and systems as required. Promote a culture of corporate governance by collaborating with internal and external auditors and stakeholders to resolve audit-related issues swiftly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of pertinent experience in financial positions. Background in the public healthcare sector is a plus. Strong numerical and analytical capabilities to effectively interpret complex datasets. Proficient in engaging stakeholders and exhibiting business savvy. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholder relationships. Expertise in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Word), along with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
