Digital Project Team Lead

In the capacity of Digital Project Team Lead, you will be instrumental in converting strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes. This position emphasizes the successful execution of digital projects while maintaining high standards in quality, budget management, and client satisfaction.

The suitable candidate will possess significant experience in digital project management, outstanding leadership skills, and a demonstrated history of completing projects on schedule and within financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and motivate agile teams towards self-organization, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm to meet organizational objectives.
• Conduct daily scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives while mentoring product owners in the development and maintenance of product backlogs.
• Oversee project advancement, pinpoint potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive measures to ensure timely and effective project completion.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures and best practices to guarantee consistency and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess project viability, constraints, dependencies, and success metrics in relation to timelines, budgets, and workloads.
• Assist in drafting essential documents, including pitch presentations, RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, project schedules, and training materials.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align with both organizational and project goals.
• Develop and implement reporting metrics, tools, and dashboards to provide clear visibility and actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Encourage a culture of ownership, transparency, and integrity, fostering trust and accountability within the team.

Qualifications:

• More than 8 years of direct experience in digital and web project management, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the digital project lifecycle, with a proven history from project initiation to successful completion.
• Extensive knowledge of the digital environment and proficiency in various web technologies, including hands-on experience with WordPress and other leading CMS platforms.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management/Agile/Scrum (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe).
• Strong command of Agile methodologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, with a solid track record of implementing these methodologies effectively.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to proactively tackle project challenges and achieve successful results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Driven and self-directed, with a strong attention to detail, commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, and a continuous pursuit of excellence.
