Planning Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead programme development and oversee project timelines within the construction industry. This position provides a chance to engage in various phases of projects, ranging from design to testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee programme development, maintain baseline control, and provide progress updates. Create and manage Project Work Schedules for construction projects and systems from initial concept to final completion. Assess and estimate the duration of significant construction tasks and required resources. Generate weekly and monthly progress reports to monitor project advancements. Develop technical submissions for tender documentation. Coordinate site planning, work scheduling, and track site implementation progress. Prepare and supervise RI/TOP schedules while ensuring effective handover processes. Formulate claims for Extensions of Time (EOT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline. At least 3 years of experience within the construction sector. Demonstrated experience in construction planning for building-related facilities or industrial projects.
