Machine Engineer

Overview

Become a key player on a vibrant team dedicated to optimizing manufacturing efficiency through strategic machinery rationalization. This position provides a chance to utilize automation technologies and enhance production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Machine Engineering team to investigate, evaluate, and execute machinery rationalization projects. Create and uphold a machine/technology roadmap that aligns with the goals of the Manufacturing Division. Design proposals based on rationalization concepts, incorporating both mechanical and electrical control systems. Oversee project management tasks, including timelines, budget management, vendor liaison, and reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC standards, performance metrics, and maintain conformity with ISO systems. Resolve technical questions that arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of pertinent work experience. Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative independently. A positive attitude and flexibility in a demanding work setting. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
