Regional Sales Planning Manager

Become an integral member of our team as the APAC Sales Planning Manager, where your expertise will be essential in enhancing sales outcomes through strategic planning and effective coordination across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence by facilitating the business planning and review processes. Oversee and forecast order pricing and quantities to adapt to demand fluctuations, promptly addressing supply chain challenges. Evaluate supply chain operations and propose improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Assess customer demand forecasts to establish optimal production levels and schedules. Keep track of current inventory levels to spot shortages or surpluses, managing inventory through ordering or sales strategies. Perform analyses on product model and color intake. Maintain consistent communication with APAC markets, offering solutions and monitoring overall sales performance. Collaborate with Operations and Country Managers in APAC markets to enhance regional sales strategies. Manage sales data within the company’s system for APAC regions. Extract, analyze, and derive insights from both internal and external data sources. Identify ways to streamline and improve forecasting, business processes, and enablement. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports for the organization. Prioritize efficiency and simplicity in the implementation of processes and systems. Oversee the Sales KPIs dashboard. Complete any additional assignments from the line manager.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar or higher-level position. Strong analytical skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Capability to collaborate successfully with individuals across all levels of the organization.
