Key Duties

• Implement preventive and therapeutic medical services as directed by healthcare professionals. Monitor the overall health status of residents and assist in overseeing medical and nursing care procedures. Evaluate and manage the performance of nursing aides and health attendants. Effectively respond to emergency situations occurring within the facility.

Qualifications

• A diploma, degree, or professional qualification in Nursing or an equivalent field is required. Current registration as a State Registered Nurse along with valid certification from the Nursing Board is mandatory. Demonstrated proficiency in delivering preventive and therapeutic medical care. Capacity to react appropriately in medical emergencies. Ability to monitor vital signs accurately. Competence in supporting residents with personal grooming and hygiene needs.
