Assistant Machine Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on process machinery to maintain peak performance. Quickly address machine failures to efficiently restore production activities. Assist in the setup of machinery to align with production schedules. Carry out corrective maintenance according to the established plan. Suggest, develop, and implement quality preventive and improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in maintenance engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with additional skills in PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Available to work a rotating shift schedule, which includes both morning and night shifts.
