Full Stack Developer (AI)

• We are looking for a proficient Developer to join our Application team, which is tasked with delivering enterprise-level software solutions. The position demands strict adherence to established coding and design standards while thriving in a fast-paced, innovative, and agile work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test agile, user-focused AI/ML products (e.g., web applications)
• Create, develop, test, and troubleshoot complete software modules
• Construct and maintain APIs for integrating data from various sources
• Employ established practices such as code reviews and test-driven development
• Participate in discussions related to system architecture and design
• Improve and optimize existing applications
• Follow industry standards for best practices in software development
• Engage in an Agile (SCRUM) work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
• Utilize analytical skills to diagnose and resolve user-reported problems, with a focus on user experience
• Oversee version control and ensure comprehensive documentation
• Keep abreast of new technologies through self-directed learning, experimentation, and evaluation of new tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI and Cloud Platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Highly driven and self-motivated
• Strong enthusiasm for innovation, independence, and a start-up-like atmosphere
• Capability to meet deadlines under tight schedules and limited resources
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and RAG-based architectures; familiarity with Google Gemini is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development security best practices for creating robust and secure applications
• Familiarity with LLM applications for software development
• Proficient in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Experience with repository management tools such as GitHub
• Knowledge of programming languages including Python, Java, or JavaScript, Node.js, and databases like MongoDB; experience with Firebase is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of REST APIs and their development.
