Key Responsibilities:

The role of Skills Development Advisor/Associate is crucial in guiding individuals and organizations in their educational journeys for professional growth. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of educational offerings, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to assisting clients in achieving their learning goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage direct sales to professionals and corporate clients (B2B/B2C)
• Develop, nurture, and oversee a sales pipeline and business relationships
• Lead the complete sales process – from cold calling, lead generation, initial client engagement, qualifying, and consulting to final closure
• Engage in comprehensive consultations with clients to identify their educational objectives, career goals, and training requirements.
• Evaluate clients' existing skills and knowledge to suggest appropriate educational programs or courses.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems efficiently to manage client interactions, monitor leads, and maintain precise records.
• Proactively market educational programs and services to potential clients.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, including clarifying pricing, payment options, and terms.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of audiences.
• Capability to establish and maintain productive client relationships.
• Experience in B2C/B2B sales with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets is an advantage.
