Design Lead / Web Designer

We are on the lookout for a talented and innovative Web Designer to become a vital part of our energetic team. In this role, you will be tasked with developing visually striking and user-centric websites and applications. You will work in close collaboration with our development team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that the designs fulfill both aesthetic appeal and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft visually appealing websites and web applications that provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience, ensuring smooth usability across multiple devices.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to grasp project specifications and transform them into captivating design concepts.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to convey design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Establish style guides and design systems to ensure uniformity across various projects.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices related to web design and user experience.
• Enhance designs for optimal performance, ensuring quick load times and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with developers to bring designs to life, ensuring the end product aligns with the original vision.
• Perform usability testing and collect feedback, making iterative improvements as necessary.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Web Designer or in a related role, along with a robust portfolio that highlights your work.
• Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision).
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and a mobile-first approach.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of how design decisions are implemented in code.
• Excellent communication abilities and a talent for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to crafting outstanding user experiences.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and efficiently organize time in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
