BMS Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site project leader responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing assigned projects. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout all phases of the project. Establish project scope, budget, and timelines. Create and apply project methodologies. Supervise work schedules for various small to medium-scale projects with supervisory support. Recognize potential project risks and recommend suitable solutions. Ensure adherence to relevant codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Conduct regular quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor and manage costs to ensure that financial commitments are fulfilled. Oversee project documentation and reporting processes. Collaborate effectively with the sales team during the bidding process. Supervise on-site work performed by subcontractors. Schedule timely procurement and delivery of all materials necessary for the project. Assign tasks and oversee the activities of the Assistant Project Engineer and technicians as needed. Facilitate system applications, drafting, database generation, and project commissioning. Follow up on customer payments and confirm supplier payments. Provide training and facilitate first-year maintenance warranty visits for customers. Conduct project handovers to clients and subsequently to the service team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS). Proficient in Excel, Word, and Project. A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Flexibility to work varied hours to meet project deadlines.
