Learning & Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of workforce capability gaps in partnership with line managers and various business units. Utilize profiling tools to identify learning requirements. Prioritize and evaluate learning investments based on business needs. Create and coordinate engaging educational materials in collaboration with subject matter experts. Develop business cases and training content in cooperation with different departments. Review and evaluate external training providers and their offerings. Select and engage suitable trainers, both internal and external. Oversee and update e-learning content while managing virtual learning platforms. Communicate course objectives, learning schedules, and logistics to all participants. Monitor participation rates and ensure effective utilization of learning technologies. Administer post-training evaluations and collect feedback for program improvement. Assist in the implementation of talent assessment methodologies and high-potential development initiatives. Work alongside team members to share knowledge and best practices, thereby enhancing team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline. At least 4-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a meticulous attention to detail. A proactive, solution-focused approach with robust analytical capabilities. Proven professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team setting.
