Position Title: Finance Manager

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Singapore

Contract Length: 6 months with potential for extension (Extension contingent upon project needs.) Maternity Cover

Work Arrangement: In-office role (WFO).

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team as an Augmentation Consultant for a 6-month maternity leave cover. You will be responsible for managing the monthly financial closing process, overseeing cash flow, ensuring tax compliance, and preparing for audits, all while maintaining smooth daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Financial Closing & Reporting: Manage monthly closure timelines, assess journal entries and reconciliations, and prepare management presentations including variance analysis.
• Accounts Payable & Operations: Collaborate with Shared Services and internal stakeholders to promptly address issues related to invoices, payments, and vendor inquiries.
• Cash Flow Management: Keep precise cash flow forecasts and offer insightful liquidity recommendations.
• Audit & Tax Compliance: Act as the key liaison for auditors; review GST and Corporate Income Tax submissions in partnership with tax agents.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Contribute to process enhancements, documentation efforts, and ongoing finance operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5+ years in fundamental accounting/finance, ideally with a mix of audit and corporate/commercial finance experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA / ACCA / CA certification is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Tax Knowledge: Hands-on experience in GST and corporate tax compliance.
• Soft Skills: Motivated, quick to learn, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
