We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to become a part of our multidisciplinary team focused on intricate healthcare and laboratory projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering precise, coordinated, and buildable BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and sustain high-quality 3D/2D BIM models utilizing Autodesk Revit, ensuring they meet project specifications and maintain accuracy
• Engage with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to address design conflicts and improve constructability
• Perform clash detection, buildability reviews, and constructability analyses
• Assist with quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and facility management handover processes through BIM
• Ensure data integrity and version control across various BIM models and facilitate integration with BIM tools, plug-ins, or innovative AI technologies
• Generate shop drawings and as-built documentation for architectural and civil/structural elements
• Oversee and manage drawing revisions in collaboration with project teams
• Support documentation and submissions related to BIM processes and record-keeping
• Provide BIM assistance to the Project Manager to guarantee effective project delivery and high-quality results

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination, ideally within healthcare or laboratory projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with additional knowledge of Navisworks or BIM 360 being advantageous
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation
• Capable of working independently with a strong sense of motivation and meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork within multidisciplinary settings
