Overview

• Become a vital member of a dynamic kitchen team by assisting with daily preparation and cleaning tasks to ensure seamless service. This role involves hands-on responsibilities with clearly defined tasks and presents opportunities to enhance your kitchen operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing essential ingredients (such as washing, peeling, and basic preparation) to facilitate daily kitchen operations. Set up and prepare menu items including noodles, fried appetizers, and other designated kitchen items. Receive deliveries and store supplies appropriately in refrigerators and designated storage areas. Uphold cleanliness of kitchen working spaces, encompassing floors and prep stations, throughout your shift. Execute dishwashing duties and maintain an organized and sanitary dish area. Dispose of kitchen waste and manage disposal in accordance with hygiene standards set by the outlet. Provide support to the kitchen team with daily operational tasks as needed. Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education (or equivalent), with relevant kitchen experience being advantageous. Comfortable engaging in hands-on kitchen tasks, including cleaning and repetitive activities. Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while accurately following instructions. Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a responsible attitude towards hygiene and safety. A positive team player eager to learn and develop skills on the job. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
