Position Overview

Key Duties

• Assist in the formulation and clarification of corporate strategic priorities, working collaboratively with diverse business and functional units to ensure coherence. Analyze potential opportunities for mergers and acquisitions, new business partnerships, and strategic alliances, evaluating their alignment with corporate strategy. Lead the planning and design of business initiatives aimed at achieving corporate strategic objectives. Manage the coordination of annual business planning cycles. Provide administrative support to management committees. Prepare and deliver regular reports to Board committees, regulatory agencies, and rating organizations. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• A Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Accountancy, Economics, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of pertinent experience in accountancy, finance, or project management roles. Demonstrated experience in managing annual business planning cycles and prioritizing strategic initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various business functions and provide secretarial support to management committees. A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-driven approach. Skilled in evaluating business proposals and determining their strategic fit with corporate goals. Capable of navigating ambiguity and promoting clarity in a fast-paced environment.
