We are seeking a skilled Senior BIM Modeller to become part of our multidisciplinary team focused on intricate healthcare and laboratory projects. In this pivotal position, you will ensure the creation of precise, coordinated, and constructible BIM models that integrate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate and uphold high-quality 3D/2D BIM models utilizing Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and accuracy
• Engage with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction experts to address design conflicts and improve constructability
• Perform clash detection, buildability assessments, and constructability evaluations
• Facilitate quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and facility management handover through BIM
• Ensure data integrity and version control across various BIM models while integrating with BIM tools, plug-ins, or emerging AI technologies
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built documentation related to architectural and civil/structural projects
• Manage and track drawing revisions in collaboration with project teams
• Support documentation and submissions pertaining to BIM processes and records
• Provide BIM assistance to the Project Manager to ensure quality project delivery and outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of practical BIM coordination experience, ideally within healthcare or laboratory sectors
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks or BIM 360 is advantageous
• Extensive experience in multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation
• Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork with diverse disciplines
