M&E Manager (Main Contractor)

Our client, a prestigious main contractor, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team as a Senior M&E Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E services proposals for both building and infrastructure projects, encompassing feasibility studies, design, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to assess designs and value engineering suggestions.
• Assist in sourcing, evaluating tenders, and the selection of consultants and contractors.
• Examine M&E designs, shop drawings, and proposals to ensure compliance, functionality, and operational efficiency.
• Lead value engineering efforts to enhance project results and profitability.
• Manage project execution, budgets, defects, and long-term asset replacement strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or a related discipline).
• Extensive experience in MEP construction planning, equipment installation, and project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction technologies, and quality/safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with consultants and contractors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Commercially aware, with a focus on cost, quality, and productivity.

Additional Information

• Location: East
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: Up to S$11,000 with Bonus (Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications)
