Job Overview

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise IT systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Guarantee system security, compliance, and data integrity across all systems.
• Lead and manage technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Diagnose and address IT-related challenges to minimize operational disruptions.
• Track system performance and execute upgrades or enhancements as necessary.
• Create and sustain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Offer technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the IT Enterprise Technical Manager position will possess:

• At least 10 years of experience with leading ETRM/CTRM platforms, including a minimum of 8 years of hands-on Endur technical development experience.
• Proficient Endur scripting and development skills, including OpenJVS/JVS, with the capability to independently design, build, debug, test, and deploy production-level solutions.
• Proven software engineering background encompassing technical analysis, solution design, coding, testing, review, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and production support.
• Experience in significant ETRM implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation programs is essential.
• Familiarity with commodity trading and the ETRM lifecycle, with the ability to articulate requirements and translate approved business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong structured problem-solving abilities and engineering judgment for addressing complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with ASPECT or other ETRM/CTRM platforms is a plus. The willingness and ability to learn Aspect and embrace emerging technologies are crucial.
• Experience in automation, data engineering, cloud services, AI/ML, and collaboration across trading, risk, operations, finance, technology, and external vendors is an advantage.
