Job Description

• Trade equities on major US exchanges, such as Nasdaq and NYSE, utilizing proprietary capital.
• Identify and assess investment prospects across technology, AI, semiconductor, and related industries.
• Implement various trading strategies including intraday, swing, and event-driven methodologies.
• Develop trading strategies, portfolio exposure guidelines, and risk management frameworks that align with market conditions.
• Oversee positions and manage capital allocation, leverage usage, and downside risk.
• Conduct continuous trade analysis, performance evaluations, and strategy improvements to boost risk-adjusted returns.
• Ensure compliance with internal trading governance, risk parameters, and market regulations.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3+ years of hands-on trading experience in US equity markets.
• Proven experience managing real investment capital with a successful trading performance record.
• Experience within a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, family office, investment management, or similar settings.
• In-depth knowledge of US market structure, liquidity dynamics, and event-driven trading opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate independent market insights and trading strategies.
• Disciplined approach to position sizing, leverage management, drawdown control, and capital preservation.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to assess performance and refine trading methodologies continuously.
• Experience trading equities related to technology, AI, or semiconductors is a plus.
• Familiarity with options, quantitative, market-neutral, long/short, or digital asset trading strategies would be advantageous.
