Sales Promoter – Premium Beer Brand

Primary Duties

• Professionally represent and promote the brand's products at designated locations.
• Interact with customers by sharing product knowledge, offering samples (when applicable), and delivering brand messaging in a compliant and responsible way.
• Ensure that products are displayed effectively and in accordance with brand standards.
• Meet sales or engagement objectives established by the supervisor.
• Assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.
• Provide daily reports on activities and sales performance.
• Maintain responsible drinking practices and consistently portray the brand in a positive light.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (to comply with alcohol promotion laws).
• Personable, self-assured, and proactive demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and during holiday seasons.
• Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or event settings is preferred; training will be provided.
• Commitment to following the Brand Promoter Manual and company policies regarding behavior, appearance, and responsible service.
