Our client, a prominent Civil Contractor specializing in engineering and construction for Civil and Infrastructure projects, is expanding its operations both locally and internationally. They are on the lookout for skilled and professional candidates to enhance their local workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of M&E Quantity Surveyor responsibilities, including tender preparation, pre-contract processes, and post-contract management. This encompasses contract reviews, quantity take-offs, bill of quantities preparation, and subcontractor selection with an emphasis on M&E sectors.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts, including the preparation of progress claims, management of variation orders, and verification of claims from subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E Quantity Surveying.
• Background in a QS consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, contract management, and legal considerations.
• Skilled in professional practices and contract administration procedures.
• Able to independently oversee QS functions within a project while exhibiting strong collaborative skills.
