BIM Modeler (M&E)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop M&E BIM models, layouts, schematics, and technical illustrations in alignment with project specifications and BIM standards.
• Create precise 2D and 3D drawings based on contract documents, specifications, and design data.
• Build and manage Autodesk Revit models, including developing and modifying BIM families and project elements.
• Examine design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure alignment and adherence to project specifications.
• Assist project teams by generating BIM outputs and technical documentation across various phases of projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to address design and spatial coordination challenges.
• Contribute to BIM coordination, clash detection, and model evaluations to enhance constructability and project performance.
• Update BIM models and drawings per design changes and project needs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, BIM, or a related field.
• Experience in BIM modeling with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Internship experience may be acceptable for entry-level roles.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and construction drawings will be considered beneficial.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination, clash detection, or simulation using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, Fuzor, VRcollab, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the capability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
