Electrical Technician (LEW)

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute daily operational tasks, which involve addressing customer inquiries, fulfilling needs, and resolving complaints

· Provide preventive and corrective technical support and maintenance for mechanical and electrical services, plumbing and sanitary systems, air conditioning servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control systems

· Ensure all LEW documentation and paperwork are completed and organized in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

· Hold a LEW certificate from EMA or possess a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7

· Nitec qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline

· Candidates with two or more years of relevant experience in Facilities Management will be preferred

· Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply (On Job Training available)

· Must be willing to work in a rotating shift schedule (2 shifts and/or 3 shifts)
