Senior Recruitment Consultant

Primary Duties:

• Acquire new leads to foster business expansion
• Establish significant connections with top candidates throughout the selection process
• Manage the complete recruiting cycle to fulfill clients' hiring needs
• Identify and connect with exceptional talent to satisfy clients' recruitment demands
• Assist the team with additional tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience in Recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Driven by results and possesses a proactive attitude
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
• Previous experience in Recruitment/Executive Search is advantageous
• A sales background from any sector is appreciated, but a strong ambition to succeed is crucial
