Service Scope

The chosen candidate will engage in contract management, vendor oversight, financial operations, workforce planning, and operational governance tasks across a regional portfolio.

Primary responsibilities encompass:

Contract & Vendor Oversight

• Oversee contract renewals, vendor partnerships, compliance monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and governance of contracts.
• Facilitate contract approvals, registrations, and necessary documentation.
• Contribute to third-party risk management, compliance oversight, and governance assessments.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Business stakeholders.

Financial Operations

• Assist with chargeback processes, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and cost distribution.
• Generate financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
• Track workforce-related expenditures and assess financial performance.

Workforce Planning & Governance

• Support workforce planning initiatives, headcount monitoring, and location strategy efforts.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes along with operational readiness tasks.
• Manage workforce dashboards and reporting functions.
• Prepare governance and operational reports while spearheading process enhancement initiatives.
