Position Title: Apps/Data Analyst | Level 2 Support

Required Experience: 2+ Years

Work Location: Singapore

Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension (contingent on project needs and performance)

Work Arrangement:  Work From Office (WFO)

This role is for an operational Level 2 (L2) Support Engineer specializing in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the HEALIX Data Streaming platform.

Primary Responsibilities

• Incident & Problem Resolution: Address and resolve technical issues escalated from L1 support, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring problems, and escalate unresolved cases to L3 engineers or vendors.
• Platform Monitoring & Operations: Ensure the stability of real-time data streams by performing health checks, reviewing logs, and monitoring the overall performance of the platform.
• Cloud & Container Oversight: Manage containerized applications on AWS EKS (Kubernetes) and oversee image lifecycle in Amazon ECR.
• System Admin & Scripting: Utilize Linux commands for troubleshooting host servers and develop Python scripts to automate routine processes, parse log files, and update operational documentation.
• System Maintenance & Deployment: Carry out patch deployments, system upgrades, minor infrastructure configuration adjustments, and compliance/audit assessments.
• Collaboration & Communication: Maintain support documentation and keep technical stakeholders informed regarding platform status.

Essential Technical Qualifications

• Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, ECR, and Lambda.
• Containers & Orchestration: Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (debugging pods, managing config maps, persistent storage, and ingress).
• Operating Systems & Scripting: Expertise in Linux system administration and Python scripting.
• Frameworks & Processes: Experience in ITIL-aligned incident/problem management; platform certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps) or familiarity with streaming engines (e.g., DataRobot) are significant advantages.
