Location: Singapore

Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension (Dependent on project needs.)

Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)

About the Position

We are looking for an AI Engineer to create, develop, and implement enterprise-level AI applications, autonomous agents, and production workflows. This position will involve connecting machine learning principles with production infrastructure—creating self-hosted automations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and scalable microservices that seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems.

Eligible Candidates:

• Recent Graduates & Interns: Individuals currently pursuing or who have recently completed a degree/internship in AI.
• Seasoned Developers: AI/Software Engineers aiming to develop production-quality autonomous agents and multi-step RAG workflows.

Primary Duties

• AI Application & Agent Development: Design and implement sophisticated AI agents with memory capabilities, tool integration, and multi-step reasoning.
• Workflow Automation: Create, host, and enhance intricate workflows using self-hosted n8n, including custom nodes and effective error-handling strategies.
• RAG & Vector Pipelines: Develop and sustain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases for enterprise data access.
• API & Systems Integration: Link AI functionalities to existing enterprise systems through REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).
• Architecture & Scalability: Build modular AI services and work alongside infrastructure teams to ensure scalable deployment, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education / Experience: Degree or Diploma in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant project/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Coding Proficiency: Strong skills in Python and/or JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Tools & Frameworks:
• Hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosting, complex workflows).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma) and Hugging Face models.
• Experience with tools like Claude Code and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Fundamental Machine Learning Concepts: Strong grasp of model inference, vector embeddings, tokenization, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Infrastructure & Security: Basic understanding of Linux CLI environments, RESTful service design, OAuth, and secure API integrations.
