Recruitment Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Acquire new leads to enhance business expansion
• Establish significant connections with exceptional talent throughout the candidate selection process
• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for clients' hiring requirements
• Locate and engage outstanding candidates to fulfill clients' talent acquisition needs
• Assist the team with additional tasks as necessary

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Results-oriented mindset complemented by a positive demeanor
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and juggling multiple priorities
• Previous experience in Recruitment/Executive Search is advantageous
• A sales background from any sector is welcomed, but a strong ambition to succeed is crucial
