Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of technical design proposals while effectively articulating complex features and system architectures.
• Engage collaboratively with product, design, support, and other cross-functional teams to establish, assess, and enhance project specifications.
• Design, execute, and rigorously test (including both unit and end-to-end testing) intricate project features, ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
• Develop and design front-end interfaces, APIs, and backend systems utilizing various programming languages, including JavaScript, PHP (Hack), and Python.
• Build and improve consumer products and features at scale, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Comply with and excel in Meta's development standards, from coding through to release, to manage increasingly complex tasks and projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and Operations teams to create and scale a fully automated operational platform.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for full-stack projects that have a significant industry impact, showcasing strong delivery and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across functions, collaborate with and influence senior engineers, and lead large-scale cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering complex projects within set timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in decentralized source control tools such as Git and Mercurial, particularly in large collaborative team settings, along with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong foundation in developing enterprise-level products, optimizing large SQL queries, and utilizing multiple programming languages in production environments.
• Ideal candidates will hold relevant STEM degrees, possess experience in privacy or advertising products, and have a proven history of building scalable, high-quality solutions.
