System Analyst (AI / ML)
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Participate in comprehensive projects focused on the implementation of the MLS system from start to finish.
• Collaborate and engage with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure that solution designs align with enterprise design principles and adhere to security and control standards.
• Work closely with application teams across various groups and countries to develop enhancements according to the established technical solution plan.
• Analyze user requirements and transform them into design documents and other system documentation that capture essential design decisions.
• Plan technical deliverables and execute design and development activities to fulfill project requirements within the designated timeline.
• Conduct data mapping and process mapping in conjunction with interfacing applications.
• Timely escalate issues that may affect project timelines and propose workarounds or resolutions.
• Generate technical documentation for the solutions, ensuring that all documentation is timely, comprehensive, and accurate as requested.
• Test, maintain, and recommend enhancements to software to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with production support team members to conduct root cause analyses of issues, review both new and existing code, and perform unit testing.
• Partner with Test Management teams to guarantee the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with high-quality results.
• Coordinate with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data in advance of testing in the UAT and Mock Run environments.
• Oversee the approval process for project change requests and manage the deployment schedule.
• Provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment.
• Collaborate with other IT units and business areas within the organization.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure on-time project delivery.
