You will serve as a vital link among cross-functional teams, acting as a digital translator.

Your Mission

This position entails the creation of a detailed Technology Roadmap and the upkeep of a dynamic network of innovation and technology partners. The individual will implement systems to track the performance of various factory processes, pinpoint problems addressed through technological pilots, and utilize a data-driven strategy to foster continuous improvement.

What to Expect

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute the technology roadmap.
• Develop, design, and maintain a comprehensive catalogue of use cases and technologies.
• Establish and nurture a network of technology and innovation partners, working closely with essential stakeholders.
• Define detailed methodologies and work processes to consistently measure performance and evaluate project ROI.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect data and identify significant operational challenges.
• Perform data analysis to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the system.
• Utilize data analysis and conduct workshops to create viable, sustainable solutions.
• Assist operations teams with project management during the implementation of solutions.
• Track performance enhancements post-deployment and ensure a seamless transition to production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience (Junior) / 5-10 years of experience (Senior) in Management Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, ICT Consulting, Process Innovation, or Business/System Consulting.
• Proven expertise in process innovation consulting or IT/OT system development projects.
• Strong familiarity with the manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in data analysis or Business Intelligence (BI) implementation.
