SAP SD/MM/EWM Consultant – Singapore

Primary Duties:

• Document and map comprehensive supply chain processes that encompass planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehouse management/EWM, and sales & distribution.
• Collect, assess, and document business requirements, including URS, user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Create the SAP delivery requirements framework utilizing existing KDD/USTO documentation.
• Assist in leading workshops with ECS teams and business stakeholders while also supporting project planning efforts.
• Monitor and resolve action items from business analysis and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis for SAP ECC supply chain processes and SAP EWM integration points.
• Assist in integration and solution design review processes, including functional and technical specifications as well as design documentation.
• Support risk and impact evaluations, master data strategy, data governance, and migration/load tasks.
• Oversee end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, which include preparing test scripts, coordinating test data, executing scenarios, tracking defects, and ensuring resolution.
• Contribute to or take the lead on essential project deliverables such as PIA, BIA, TIA, Fit-Gap Analysis, RAID, RTM, and UAT documentation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on expertise in SAP SD, MM, and EWM.
• Deep understanding of SAP ECC supply chain processes and EWM integration.
• Proven experience in mapping end-to-end supply chain processes and gathering requirements.
• Significant experience in Fit-Gap analysis, UAT, RTM, conducting business workshops, and producing functional documentation.
• Familiarity with integration between SD/MM/EWM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Experience in master data management, data migration/load, governance, and conducting impact assessments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Experience collaborating with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and project/program stakeholders.
• Preferred exposure to PIA/BIA/TIA, RAID management, KDD/USTO, and involvement in solution/design reviews.
• Preference for candidates with Singapore-based experience or projects.
