• You will be assigned to our client, a prominent government technology agency dedicated to advancing digital transformation and innovation within the healthcare industry. Your primary role will involve conducting time motion studies in nursing homes and senior care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and identification of appropriate nursing homes and senior care facilities.
• Participate in kick-off meetings with stakeholders from the selected nursing homes and senior care centres, outlining the
• objectives, relevant processes, project scope, and timeline.
• Perform time motion studies to accurately document processes (both 'As-is' and 'To-be').
• Gather, analyze, and process relevant data.
• Calculate the return on investments for any proposed technological solutions.
• Attend project closure meetings with the selected nursing homes and senior care facilities to present recommended technological solutions and their advantages, finalizing the project.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or an equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore to various nursing homes and senior care centres is essential.
• Exceptional observation and precise record-keeping skills are crucial.
• Attentive and engaged when interacting with residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are effectively addressed.
• Comfortable working in typical senior care environments, which may include occasional odours and non-air-conditioned spaces.
