Branch Retail Banker (Local & International Bank)

The selected candidate will take charge of managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of Retail Banking clients by offering customized financial solutions, fostering robust customer relationships, pinpointing sales opportunities across banking services, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customers' financial objectives and needs, perform in-depth financial analysis, and deliver personalized financial solutions
• Enhance and maintain customer relationships by consistently providing market updates, insights, and evaluations of both local and international financial products.
• Identify, connect with, and follow up on individual prospects to create new business opportunities.
• Guarantee adherence to all regulations and controls established by the Bank and external regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Banking or Insurance sectors
• Possession of CMFAS certifications
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
