Technical Subject Matter Expert – Salesforce CRM (FSC)

We are in search of a Technical Subject Matter Expert / Technical Lead with extensive knowledge in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Tableau BI. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM solutions tailored for the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and create technical solutions utilizing Salesforce FSC.
• Develop and improve features in Salesforce CRM and Tableau BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with business units, IT departments, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate CRM solutions.
• Enhance Salesforce workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Offer technical expertise and SME support to internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation assistance.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with banking security, risk management, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate user training and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM implementation, enhancement, and technical solution design.
• Solid experience in Tableau BI dashboard development.
• Background in banking or financial services, with a preference for Corporate Banking.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in a Tech Lead/SME role or in project leadership is preferred.
