ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Consultant)

- Execute projects aimed at optimizing service delivery through the design, setup, configuration, implementation, and commissioning of platform operations applications.

- Convert business needs into infrastructure design for platform operations.

- Ensure adherence to the Authority's Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8, and IT Policies.

- Oversee infrastructure projects and services related to platform operations applications, including LMS Syslog, MXNet, APIMG, IDM, and others.

- Administer the system architecture for both new and existing platform operations applications.

- Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure issues related to platform operations applications.

- Collaborate with the SR/OS Team on infrastructure issues that affect platform operations applications.

- Participate in infrastructure architecture evaluations, support hardening standards, and oversee PT and VAST remediation for platform operations applications.

- Possess experience with AI and machine learning tools and platforms, particularly in use cases relevant to ICT infrastructure or platform operations.

- Contribute to the team’s automation efforts, focusing on areas like Configuration Management and Automated Testing through AI initiatives, while exploring methods to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance platform operations efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and elevate service delivery results.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment for platform applications.
