Operations Manager

Overview

We are in search of an energetic leader to oversee daily operations and enhance financial performance while ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction across various business units. This role demands strategic guidance and proactive management to achieve operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume comprehensive control of daily operations along with long-term strategic financial objectives, reporting directly to senior management. Guarantee operational excellence through the rigorous application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improvements in workflow. Advocate for customer satisfaction, consistently achieving or exceeding service expectations across all locations. Review guest feedback, online ratings, and service assessments to implement immediate enhancements and service recoveries. Maintain complete profit and loss (P&L) accountability, ensuring compliance with revenue targets and budgetary constraints. Partner with the Executive Chef to boost back-of-house efficiency and ensure alignment between production and service delivery. Examine daily sales metrics and initiate corrective actions or promotional strategies to stimulate growth. Optimize resource distribution for peak efficiency, managing labor and utility expenses effectively. Swiftly address operational challenges to uphold continuity and enhance guest experiences. Conduct regular assessments to provide management with insights on financial performance and operational trends. Supervise financial processes, ensuring secure cash handling and precise financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in operations or financial management within the hospitality or service industry. A proven history of effectively managing customer satisfaction and operational standards. Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting financial information and implementing cost-reduction measures. Demonstrated proficiency in leading and developing teams through effective coaching and structured performance assessments. Expertise in enforcing operational compliance while maintaining exceptional service and cleanliness standards. Outstanding problem-solving abilities to address issues that may affect business operations.
