Position Overview

Become a key member of a vibrant team focused on the seamless processing of trade settlements for both domestic and international equities. This position allows you to improve operational processes and take charge of designated markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the settlement of trades for local and international equities along with OTC products. Confirm and reconcile dealing tickets alongside incoming trade confirmations. Address unmatched trade positions and resolve any settlement discrepancies. Collaborate with institutional clients, banks, brokers, and liquidity providers to resolve trade settlement concerns. Guarantee the precision and promptness of trade validation, settlement, reconciliation, control checks, and exception management. Dispatch trade confirmations to institutional clients immediately after trade execution. Assume responsibility for designated markets and respond swiftly to transactional requirements. Actively spot inefficiencies and improve operational workflows. Undertake additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Degree or Diploma. 1-2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, ideally within stockbroking firms, custodians, or banks. Strong skills in MS Office and Excel.
