Key Responsibilities

• Manage specific workstreams within consulting projects, ensuring deliverables are met from inception to finalization. Conduct thorough market research, competitive assessments, and analyses of business performance. Create client-ready presentations, comprehensive reports, and executive-level recommendations. Build and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders at all organizational levels. Assist project leaders in fostering strong communication channels with clients. Identify and pursue opportunities to augment existing client projects with additional support and advisory services. Contribute to the preparation of proposals, conduct necessary research, and develop presentations for potential clients. Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts. Play an active role in enhancing internal knowledge, methodologies, and practice initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in business consulting, with a focus on digital process transformation and IT solutions. Robust project management capabilities with a proven track record of overseeing medium to large client engagements. Demonstrated involvement in consulting projects related to business strategy, digital transformation, and operational enhancements. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management proficiency. Proven ability to formulate sophisticated recommendations grounded in analytical insights. Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Able to work autonomously while also contributing positively to team dynamics. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to upholding professional standards.
