Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with business unit experts and stakeholders to gather, review, and validate business requirements.
• Evaluate business requirements and analyze their impact on existing and upcoming business and operational processes.
• Articulate clear and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements that align with business goals.
• Document and analyze future business processes and operational workflows based on established requirements.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope creep related to requirements.
• Perform impact assessments and provide effort estimations for project change requests.
• Transition business requirements to System Analysts, ensuring completeness, clarity, and sufficient detail for both functional and technical design.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between business requirements and functional specifications is maintained.
• Collaborate closely with technology and project teams to ensure that requirements are accurately understood and translated into effective solutions.
• Review test plans and functional test scopes created by testing teams to confirm comprehensive coverage of business requirements.
• Assist in SIT and UAT activities, including defect prioritization, tracking, clarification, and resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management and project delivery efforts as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of Business Analysis experience within the financial services or banking sector.
• Strong comprehension of Wholesale Banking along with associated products and processes.
• Practical experience with customer onboarding and servicing workflows.
• Preferred experience in data management within a banking or financial services context.
• Exceptional ability to elicit, analyze, and convert business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Experience in executing business and operational process impact assessments and defining future processes.
• Sound understanding of change management and project management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• Thorough understanding of requirements traceability and functional specification management.
• Experience in supporting SIT/UAT, including reviewing test scope and managing defects.
• A strong team player with proven leadership abilities and the capacity to foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex issues, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
